The Eichelmann WeinGuide Deutschland 2025 - one of the 5 main wine guides in Germany (along with Vinum, Gault&Millau, Feinschmecker and Falstaff) - was released in November 2024 in Heidelberg.

In the Eichelmann WeinGuide Deutschland 2025, Gerhard Eichelmann presents almost 1000 winemakers and reviews more than 11000 wines. For the rating of the winemakers, he employs a system that awards a winery up to five stars, where 5 stars indicate “world class, top international producers”. There are 42 German winemakers in this group.

Eichelmann: Der Ehrenpreis für das Lebenswerk wird in diesem Jahr an einen Winzer von der Mosel vergeben, der zeigt, dass man auch an der Mosel im Steilhang biologisch und biodynamisch arbeiten und große Weine erzeugen kann. Clemens Busch aus Pünderich hat anfangs vor allem mit süßen und edelsüßen Rieslingen brilliert, aber auch die trockenen und fast trockenen Top-Rieslinge sind über die Jahre immer feiner und präziser geworden´, und Clemens Busch arbeitet mustergültig die unterschiedlichen Böden und Teilagen innerhalb seiner Paradelage Pündericher Marienburg heraus.
