Annette Schiller and I enjoyed a wonderful Bourgogne wine dinner with the wines of Maison Louis Jadot, presented by Thibaut Marquis, Export Director for Maison Louis Jadot and a 6-course menu, prepared by Chef/ Owner Jacques Haeringer at L’Auberge Chez François in Great Falls, in the greater Washington DC area.
We met Thibaut 2 years ago at a similar dinner at L’Auberge Chez François. Since then, Annette and Thibaut have jointly presented twice the wines of Louis Jadot, at the Washington Wine and Cheese Seminar in Washington DC and at the National Convention of the American Wine Society in St. Louis, Missouri. Also, Thibault gave us the tour of Maison Lousi Jadot, when Annette and her group visited Burgundy on a WineTour by ombiasy. Finally, Thibaut presented the wines of Louis Jadot at the John Marshall Chapter of the American Wine Society late last year.

The Jadot tasting will be followed by Chef Jacques and Team’s delectable dinner experience expertly paired with two additional outstanding wines from the Louis Jadot portfolio.
We will take you on a journey that defines Louis Jadot’s 165 years of know-how and expertise in the Burgundy region paired with Chef Jacques’ historical dishes which have strengthened the French and American friendship over the years.
